Bookify's support policy is governed by support policy that is provided on Code Canyon where Bookify's is sold exclusively.

Our support hours are 0800 to 1800 in GMT +5 timezone from Monday to Friday. All queries coming other than this time will be answered in next working day in orderly fashion.

How to get support?

We provide support through support tickets at our website. Click here to open a new support ticket.

In case of any issue, bug or assistance please open a ticket from above link including complete details of your issue along with your envato purchase key. We take minimum one working day for response and solution and max two working days depending on the severity of your issue.


We do not provide support for installation. If you have any issue with installation, we can provide complimentary help but installation is not a part of support.
